Terms of Service

Watchtower, LLC dba Ballard Property Tax Protest ("BPTP," "we," "us," or "our") provides property tax protest services for Texas homeowners. By using our website or signing up for our services, you agree to these Terms.

Services

We represent property owners before Texas county appraisal districts and Appraisal Review Boards (ARBs). Our services include filing protests, preparing and submitting evidence, negotiating valuations, and attending hearings on your behalf. We do not represent clients in binding arbitration, district court, or other proceedings beyond the informal meeting or ARB hearing.

Fees

Our fee is 1% of the assessed value reduction we achieve. If we do not reduce your assessed value, you pay nothing. Full payment terms are detailed in the Representation and Service Agreement provided at signup.

No Guaranteed Outcomes

We do not guarantee any specific protest result. Property tax outcomes depend on market conditions, appraisal district policies, and ARB decisions. Client is solely responsible for payment of all property taxes, penalties, and interest.

Termination

Either party may terminate the service relationship in writing. Client termination must be received before March 31 of the tax year to be effective for that year. Notices may be sent to info@ballardpropertytaxprotest.com.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Dallas County, Texas.
